During the second Roote Systems Thinking Book Club we will dive into Range by David Epstein. We will explore the value of being a generalist in a specialized world—and how to capitalize on generalist strengths.

Come hang out with fellow frontier people who exist in the creative and liminal space between movements and communities. You're likely a good fit if you identify with any of these words: systems thinking, big history, interdisciplinarity, generalist, or meta science.

The session will start with a review of the basic concepts within the Scout Mindset, dive deep into the core aspects of the scout vs. soldier mindset, and then open into Q&A.
